In these challenging economic times it is essential for business owners to plan ahead as far as possible, have financial and non-financial targets and identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Business Plans and Financial Forecasts are also often requested by banks and other lenders when additional financing is required upon renewal of existing facilities and when applying for grant funding.
Business plans should always include Financial Forecasts including Cash Flow, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Forecasts. At Clay Shaw Butler we understand that if you are starting out or just have an idea it may be difficult to produce a suitable Business Plan in particular the Financial side.
