Felicity joined the firm in 2000. She is PA to the Director, David Butler and manages the administration team. She also monitors client care.
Felicity’s role includes internal personnel, HR and training. Felicity was instrumental in the firm gaining Investors In People status.
She organises and oversees marketing events and projects and ensures that all clients are offered our TaxSure Cover - an insurance product to protect and safeguard our clients against the cost of HM Revenue and Customs investigations, thus ensuring the client is well represented at a competive annual premium.

Felicity works Monday to Thursday as she spends Friday with her baby daughter Isabelle.
